At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Develop understanding of the menopause transition, associated symptoms and health effects of menopause, including premature menopause
- Review the efficacy, benefits, risks and side effects of Hormone Therapy for menopause symptoms, including use of hormonal contraception during perimenopause
- Identify non-hormonal treatment options for menopause symptoms and appropriate candidates for such treatments
