A Clinical Compendium on HIV Treatment Selection: Real Cases, Real Challenges, Real Solutions

To participate in this activity, please:

Substantial progress in the realm of HIV treatment has been made over the past few decades. Antiretroviral therapy (ART) has changed the treatment of HIV, allowing most people living with HIV (PLWH) to achieve life expectancies similar to those of the general population. However, the many new ART regimens available have made shared decision making increasingly important for patients and clinicians. In this activity, Drs. Melissa Badowski and James Sosman will review 4 case studies inspired by real-world challenges encountered in routine clinical practice. Their discussions delve into recent clinical advances in the use of ART as well as the mitigation and management of adverse events. Join Drs. Badowski and Sosman for this lively discussion to engage in a clinical practice-focused update on the treatment of PLWH.
