We don't share information you give us, or have the need to share this information in the normal course of providing the services and information you may request. Registration, Evaluation, Post-Test and Certificate Request Forms

Registration for educational programs or conferences typically requires the information necessary to issue a Continuing Education certificate, and often requires registration fee payment information in the form of credit card billing information or organizational purchase order information. This information is required regardless of the method used to register. Personal data collected for this purpose is not shared with others except as required to complete payment or provide the requested certificate. Aggregate data about registrations and certificates issued may be shared with faculty, supporting organizations, or others, but individual identifying information is not included in these data sets.

Registration Required for Access to Specific Web Pages or Content

Some of our services and information resources may be personalized to provide results based on individual preferences, and require an initial registration to establish your preferences. In other areas, we may ask for registration to better understand how people (in aggregate) use our site, and what areas are of greatest interest or value. These personalization and tracking functions typically involve the use of "cookies" – simple text lines that are stored in special cookie files on your computer, if you have not specifically disabled that capability. Where we require an initial registration step, and then a user name and password for later access, we offer the option of using a cookie to save your user name and password so that you don't have to log in every time you visit these areas.
