The Annenberg Center's auditorium, classrooms, dining room and videoconference room are available for rent by the public. The facility was specially designed for presentation lectures and is ideally suited for educational activities. All types of events have been held at the Center; however, there are certain criteria so please contact us for more information.
The Annenberg Center event planners are experienced in developing conferences and meetings. They have extensive experience in negotiating and handling custom conference packages at the Annenberg Center or elsewhere in the country. Each client is assigned an event planner who handles on-site coordination, including room set-ups, exhibits, food service, and audiovisual coordination.
Eisenhower Medical Center clients may request room reservations on Ikenet.
Other clients may make preliminary requests by submitting the Facilities Rental Request Form.
