The Annenberg Center's high standards for educational programs are recognized by the organizations that govern accreditation for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, psychiatrists, medical laboratory technologists, and other health care providers.

We are a corporate member of the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education, and also a member of the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education.
We develop activities that may be certified for:

PHYSICIANS:
The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.

Programs developed for family physicians be accredited by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

NURSES:
The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

The Annenberg Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing.

NURSE PRACTITIONERS:
The Annenberg Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

PHARMACISTS:
The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences is approved by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS:
The Annenberg Center offers certified programs approved by the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTITIONERS:
The Annenberg Center can offer Continuing Respiratory Care Education (CRCE) approved by the American Association for Respiratory Care.

OPTOMETRY:
The Annenberg Center can offer continuing education that may be approved through the Center by the California Board of Optometry.

PSYCHOLOGY:
The Annenberg Center is approved by the American Psychological Association to provide continuing psychology education.

SOCIAL WORKERS AND COUNSELORS:
The Annenberg Center is an approved continuing education provider for Licensed Clinical Social Worker's (LCSW) and Marriage and Family Therapists by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

CLS:
The Annenberg Center is approved to provide continuing education in clinical laboratory science by the California Department of Health Services.

DENTISTS:
The Annenberg Center is an approved provider of continuing education by the California Board of Dentistry.
